Our tools help you put together documents such as safety plans and tenancy paperwork. They are not legal, health and safety, or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking that any document is accurate, complete, and suitable for your situation, and for meeting the laws and regulations that apply to you.
Using the tools
Use the tools for lawful purposes only. Do not try to break, overload, or copy them. Documents you generate are yours to use for your own work.
Payments
Paid features are sold through Gumroad, and Gumroad’s terms apply to the purchase. If something does not work as described, contact us and we will try to put it right. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (or the Australian Consumer Law) that cannot be excluded.
Limits on liability
The tools are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the tools or the documents they produce, including indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction.
